About TLN
A Christian ministry in Dar es Salaam
The Light for Nations (TLN) is a Christian ministry based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, led by Apostle Jackson Sekahanga.
TLN stands on the Word of God, prayer, and the manifestation of God’s Word in people’s lives. The ministry is committed to preaching and teaching God’s Word, leading people to salvation and discipleship, and nurturing a spiritually mature local congregation. TLN currently operates as one local ministry without branches; the words “for Nations” express the possibility of a wider ministry in the future.

Three foundations
The Light for Nations stands on the Word of God, prayer, and the manifestation of God’s Word in people’s lives.
The Word of God
God’s Word is the foundation of our teaching, faith, and Christian life. We are committed to preaching and teaching the Bible, and to helping people understand and live by it.
Prayer
Prayer is central to the life of the ministry. We encourage believers to seek God, grow in fellowship with Him, and depend on Him through prayer.
The Manifestation of God’s Word
God’s Word is living and effective. We seek to see its truth and power become evident in people’s lives—in salvation, discipleship, spiritual growth, and reliance on God’s promises.
